The Whirlpool forms at a bend in the Niagara River and spins slowly, collecting debris at its center. From Whirlpool State Park, the trail continues along the gorge rim, eventually making its way to Niagara Falls State Park. Follow the trail across a bridge and the Niagara River to stunning views of Bridal Veil Falls.

EXTREME = This an extreme trail, generally reserved for very experienced drivers in very well equipped rigs. Rig improvements would include greater than 35" tires, Locking differentials in both axles, Greater than 7" lift, winch, rocker guards, body armor, full roll cage.

I just got back from the Niagara Rim Poker Run and wanted to share some of the lessons this newbie learned. But first a thank you to all the blue shirts for running such a wonderful event. If there is a social, try and make it I got there late (my bad), so missed a good chance to meet my fellow drivers. For this reason it has great appeal for vehicles of all levels. Slightly modified vehicles will enjoy the challenges along the main route and will have just as much fun watching the more heavily modified vehicles try there luck at the Rock Pile. Niagara Rim OHV Trail is a 5.3 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Pinecrest, California that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for camping, bird watching, and ohv/off road driving and is best used from May until December.
